Happy new year! We did our annual tradition of going to the waterfall on new year’s day. We like to soak in the energy of the water that flows abundantly into the new year. 2023 was a challenging year for me on a lot of levels. I know it was for so many others too. There was lots of highs and lows. Finding balance on the rollercoaster of life is key. This is part of the reason why I am letting go of my west hartford location of chi for healing. January 9th will be my last day in the west hartford office. Starting later this month I will only be available at my Durham location at the Red Barn. Thank you for all of your support over the years. I truly appreciate each and every one of you!

Here is a short message for today.
Today all of us have a fresh start, albeit mentally cause in the end it is just another day. No matter what we have another opportunity to be grateful to be alive on this planet. I was so happy to see the sun this morning. It seems like we haven’t seen it since the solstice. We have truly been embodying the dark time of year. Today mercury also goes direct. It really feels like a weight has lifted. Feeling the clouds shift and the warmth of the sun was a welcome addition to the direct stationing and the new year. I hope that you let go of all that didn’t serve you in 2023. May you make way for all the good that is in store for 2024. Many blessings to you and your family. May we all be happy, healthy, and at peace ☮️

"Take a few moments today to decide where you really want to go this year. Decide what material goals you wish to acheive, but even more important, decide which inner experience you would like to enjoy. You may wish for peace, joy, self honoring, harmony in your relationships, or a general sense of flow in all you do. When you are clear on what you want to experience, then think, write, or speak your intention"
-Alan Cohen
This is a great practice to do at the start of the year!
